Longbow Resort has many trails offering excellent opportunities for hiking, mountain biking and four-wheeler adventures, should you want to bring your own mountain bike or ATV. Guided tours of the property - to see various waterfalls, unique rock formations, wildlife and much more - are also possible by contacing the Pearson family for availability and pricing. For the more adventurous at heart, seasoned outdoorsman and experienced trial guide, Ben Pearson III, might be around to give you an archery lesson or guided tour, tailored to your skill level. Further afield, the Buffalo River, White River, Red River and 40,000 acre Greers Ferry Lake offer world-class fishing, all within 15 minutes to an hour's drive. Greers Ferry Lake also offers a wide variety of water activities, including swimming, scuba diving, water sking, jet sking, para sailing and sailing. The charming town of Mountain View, the "folk music capital of the world," is just 45 minutes away, and has shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Or, visit Blanchard Caverns, an hour away, for an unbelieveable guided tour of one of Arkansas's most incredible natural wonders.
